TERMS OF SERVICE

16-Week Immersive Coaching Program

These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern your enrollment in The Inherited Self: From Patterns to Presence, a 16-week live group coaching program (the "Program") facilitated by Tamra Helm and Ginger Tran (collectively "the Facilitators," "we," or "us"). By submitting an application, completing enrollment, or making any payment, you ("Participant") agree to be bound by these terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not enroll in the Program.

 

1. Program Description

The Inherited Self is a 16-week live group coaching experience delivered virtually via Zoom. The Program includes:

• Two live group coaching calls per month (8 calls total), led by either Tamra or Ginger in morning and evening sessions

• Bi-weekly accountability calls for integration and support

• A 7-module video library available for self-paced study

• Access to a private community platform for the duration of the Program

• Small group breakout sessions in select calls

• Co-facilitated live retreat experiences with both Tamra and Ginger

• The Inherited Self Program Journal (for participants who enroll within 24 hours of application approval)

Program details, scheduling, and delivery format are subject to reasonable modification at the Facilitators' discretion. Any material changes will be communicated to participants in advance.

 

2. Enrollment and Application

Enrollment in the Program is by application only. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance or constitute enrollment. The Facilitators reserve the right to decline any application at their sole discretion.

Upon application approval, you will receive an enrollment invitation. Enrollment is complete only upon receipt of full payment or initiation of a payment plan as described in Section 3.

 

3. Investment and Payment

3.1 Program Investment

The standard investment for the Program is $1,997 USD, payable in full at the time of enrollment.

3.2 Payment Plan

A two-payment plan is available at $1,097 USD per installment. The first payment is due at enrollment. The second payment is automatically charged 30 days from the date of the first payment. Total cost under the payment plan is $2,194 USD.

3.3 Early Enrollment Pricing

Participants who submit their application and complete enrollment within 24 hours of receiving their application approval notification are eligible for the early enrollment investment of $997 USD, paid in full. This pricing is not available after the 24-hour window has expired and cannot be applied retroactively.

3.4 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through our payment processor. By providing your payment information you authorize us to charge the applicable amounts as described above. You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is current and accurate.

3.5 Failed Payments

If a scheduled payment fails, you will be notified and given 5 business days to resolve the issue. Failure to resolve a failed payment may result in suspension or termination of Program access without refund of amounts already paid.

 

4. Refund Policy

Due to the live, relational, and digital nature of this Program, the following refund policy applies:

• Refund requests submitted within 7 calendar days of enrollment and prior to attending any live session will be honored in full, minus any transaction processing fees.

• No refunds will be issued after 7 days from enrollment or after attending any live Program session, whichever occurs first.

• If you are on a payment plan and your refund request is approved within the eligible window, your payment plan will be cancelled and any amounts paid will be refunded. No further charges will be made.

• Journal shipment costs are non-refundable once the journal has been dispatched.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [your email address]. Requests submitted via social media or other informal channels will not be processed.

 

5. No Results Guarantee

The Inherited Self is an educational and personal development coaching program. Results from participation in this Program depend entirely on your own effort, engagement, commitment, and personal circumstances. Individual results will vary.

The Facilitators make no guarantee, warranty, or representation of specific outcomes, transformations, or results. Any testimonials, case studies, or transformation stories shared in connection with this Program represent individual experiences and are not typical, average, or guaranteed results.

This Program is not therapy, psychotherapy, medical treatment, or a substitute for professional mental health support. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, trauma, or require clinical support, please seek care from a licensed mental health professional.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All Program content, including but not limited to video recordings, written curriculum, session materials, module content, worksheets, the Program Journal, and community posts by the Facilitators, are the exclusive intellectual property of Tamra Helm and Ginger [Last Name].

As a Participant, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use Program materials for your own personal development. You may not:

• Share, reproduce, distribute, or publish any Program materials without prior written consent

• Use Program content to create derivative works or competing products

• Record live sessions without the express written permission of the Facilitators

• Share your login credentials or Program access with any other person

Violation of these intellectual property terms may result in immediate removal from the Program without refund and may be subject to legal action.

 

7. Confidentiality and Community Standards

7.1 Confidentiality

The Program operates on the principle that what is shared in the group stays in the group. All Participants agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the personal disclosures, stories, and experiences shared by other Participants and the Facilitators in live sessions and community spaces.

7.2 Community Standards

Participants agree to engage within the community space and live sessions with respect, integrity, and compassion. The following behaviors will not be tolerated:

• Harassment, bullying, or disrespectful treatment of other Participants or Facilitators

• Sharing or distributing other Participants' personal information

• Unsolicited promotion of products, services, or programs within the community space

• Any behavior that compromises the safety or integrity of the group container

7.3 Removal

The Facilitators reserve the right to remove any Participant whose behavior violates these standards, at their sole discretion. Removal for violation of community standards does not entitle the Participant to a refund.

 

8. Program Modifications

The Facilitators reserve the right to modify the Program schedule, content, delivery format, or guest contributors at any time. In the event of a session cancellation, a make-up session will be offered where reasonably possible. Recordings will be made available to all enrolled Participants.

If circumstances require the Program to be cancelled in its entirety prior to commencement, enrolled Participants will receive a full refund. If cancellation occurs after the Program has begun, a prorated refund for unused sessions may be offered at the Facilitators' discretion.

 

9. Recordings and Privacy

Live sessions may be recorded for the purpose of providing replays to enrolled Participants. By participating in live sessions, you consent to being recorded. Recordings are shared only within the enrolled Participant group and are not published publicly.

If you do not wish to appear on camera during a recorded session, you may keep your camera off. Your audio may still be captured if you choose to speak.

Your personal information collected at enrollment is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at [your website URL]/privacy-policy.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Facilitators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your participation in the Program, including but not limited to loss of income, emotional distress, or decisions made as a result of Program content.

The Facilitators' total liability to you for any claims arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the Program.

 

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising from or related to this Agreement, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, the parties agree to submit to mediation before pursuing any legal action.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict of law principles.

 

12. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Facilitators with respect to your enrollment in the Program and supersedes all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral.

The Facilitators reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted at [your website URL]/terms-of-service and will apply to all future enrollments. Continued participation in the Program following notification of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
